Message from Father Gerry 23rd May 2020
Dear Friends, I trust that you are all well and have been able to enjoy the great weather that God has blessed us with over the past few weeks, despite the restrictions imposed on us at this time which we must all continue to respect and obey. Hopefully, our isolation from each other can be lifted soon and we can return to some semblance of normality. I'm really looking forward to seeing you all again and to celebrating Mass and the Sacraments in St Kenelm's. In the 1st reading today (the 7th Sunday of Easter), from the Acts of the Apostles, we see Our Lord's disciples spending their time well in continuous prayer as they await the coming of the Holy Spirit and the promise of a brighter future. As we look forward to Pentecost this year, lets pray that the Spirit of the Living God will be generously poured upon us and our Parish anew and that, with His help, better, happier times will be ahead for us all. My Prayers and love to you all, Fr Gerry x
