Rebecca Burke leads the team of Altar Servers. Please speak to Rebecca if you or your children are interested in joining the team.
Baptisms
Baptisms take place on Sundays at 12.00 noon or during Sunday Mass. Please speak to Father Stefan to arrange and discuss.

CAFOD
CAFOD is an international development charity and the official aid agency of the Catholic Church in England and Wales.
CAFOD reaches out to people living in poverty with practical help, whatever their religion or culture. Through its global Church network, one of the largest in the world, it has the potential to reach everyone. And CAFOD campaigns for global justice, so that every woman, man and child can live a full and dignified life.

​Catholic Men’s Society (CMS)
The Catholic Men's Society of Great Britain exists to encourage, help and prepare men so that they may be able to assume the responsible role of laymen in the catholic Church of today. It offers them opportunities to develop their lives and to train them to effectively meet the spiritual and corporal challenges faced by Catholics in the world of today. This is the Society's continuing role in the mission of the Church.
Study topics for 2022 are

  • An Alternative View: "The new normal" - "family" in a changing world.
  • My family, my parish, my national church.
  • Ministry of Health and Healing in a post pandemic church. The care of the Sick.

Meetings are currently suspended because of COVID precautions and restrictions but in normal times are held  between March and October in the Meeting Room at Church.

Choir
Please speak to Roy Williams if you are interested in joining the choir.
Coffee rota
Shelagh and Peter Ash take care of the rota of helpers making refreshments after Mass on Sunday mornings. Please speak to them if you would like to help.
Food Bank
Gifts can be left in the Narthex. Many types of non-perishable food can be donated as well as toiletries and cleaning materials. Please speak to Linda or John Sheils if you need further information.
Funerals  
Please speak to Father Stefan for help and advice about arranging a funeral.                                                     
International Aid - Parish Red Box 
Donations by parishioners support several charities during the year alleviating poverty or providing emergency disaster relief. If you want more information about projects please speak to Mike Weaver.
The Kerala Partnership
For many years parishioners have supported this registered charity dedicated to serving the poor in India. Please click here to find out more about the projects funded by by the partnership or speak to Jane or David Clarke if you would like to make a donation. 
The Lourdes Pilgrimage 
If you are interested in joining the annual pilgrimage to Lourdes please speak to Ted Jones.
Marriage
Please discuss marriage preparations and wedding ceremony arrangements with Father Stefan.
Mill Hill Missionaries - Association for the Propagation of the Faith 
Claire Evans is promoter of the APF and receives donations. Please speak to her if you would like to donate through the little Red Boxes and she can provide one.
Parish Finances
As required by Canon Law and Diocesan regulations, the parish has a finance committee under the chairmanship of the parish priest. This committee is responsible for the financial well-being of the parish including fundraising and Gift Aid, and it meets regularly. The present members of the committee are John Conlan, Emma Randle and Mike Weaver. Parishioners may contact them on any matter relating to the finances.

SPUC - ​The Society for the Protection of the Unborn Child
The Society for the Protection of Unborn Children (SPUC) is the oldest pro-life campaigning and educational organisation in the world. 
SPUC campaigns to end abortion. SPUC advocates the need for a consistent life ethic – one that values the lives of all human beings – and so it also campaigns against other direct threats to the lives of vulnerable individuals, such as euthanasia and embryo abuse. Society of St Vincent de Paul
Cardinal Vincent Nichols, Archbishop of Westminster supporting SVP recruitment has said:
 “More members are needed to ensure that this work continues to grow and flourish. I urge anyone who has time to offer, to work with the SVP by becoming a volunteer. Parish-based SVP Conferences are an excellent way of reaching people in need in the local area and a valuable way of witnessing to our faith.”
​The SVP aims to bring the love of Christ to the suffering and those in need within our own and wider community.

The Welcome Group
Churches Together in Halesowen Welcome Group meets every Monday, to welcome asylum seekers and refugees and give support as and where we can. Please speak to Helen Bryan for more information.
