Society of St Vincent de Paul
Cardinal Vincent Nichols, Archbishop of Westminster supporting SVP recruitment has said:
“More members are needed to ensure that this work continues to grow and flourish. I urge anyone who has time to offer, to work with the SVP by becoming a volunteer. Parish-based SVP Conferences are an excellent way of reaching people in need in the local area and a valuable way of witnessing to our faith.”
The SVP aims to bring the love of Christ to the suffering and those in need within our own and wider community.
If you would like to find out more about being a volunteer member of the SVP, please speak to Mike Weaver (Call Mike on 07423 541124).
